The purpose of this document is to outline the Shipping Policy of LXV Outdoor for its customers interacting with its eCommerce websites at supoutdoor.com, supoutdoor.ca, and supoutdoor.mx.
At LXV Outdoor, we know that getting products to our customers safely and economically is top priority. We have taken great care in developing protective packaging and have worked diligently with freight companies to familiarize them with our products. We have seven warehouse locations in North America that will have sufficient inventory year round (see map below) to meet our customers' need.
Our products ship within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
Shipping Charges will be automatically calculated and added to your shopping cart at check out time. Shipping Charges will be determined based on the your location and location of the nearest warehouse.
Selecting a Country
When you first connect to out site, you will be prompted to select a country. Please ensure that you select the country where you would like your product shipped. When you select the country where you would like your product shipped (or change the country using the "flag" drop-down beside the shopping cart at the top right hand corner of the website) you will be redirected to our country specific site. Note that once you select a country, we will only ship within that country and you will be invoiced in the currency of that country.
If you would like to pick up your products at the warehouse yourself, "will-call" is accepted at a flat fee of USD$5.00 per board. Please contact us directly and we will work out the details.
Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal/zip code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
You may change the selected country at anytime but note that your shopping cart will not be transferred to the new country's site as each site functions independently.
Inventory level may differ from country to country and some products may not be available in all countries.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue our Shipping Policy at any time.
Please note that we do not ship outside of North America.
Important - If the shipping company delivers a damaged box, please refuse to accept the box and notify us immediately.
